Spiritualist, Perry James Rabbitts

Noumic Devices were invented by Mr Perry Rabbitts. The idea for his device was inspired by Spiritualist Minister, Mrs.Judith Seaman. At Reading Spiritualist Church 25 years ago, she demonstrated a primitive electronic biofeedback device and showed that it could be used for meditation and awareness training. Perry wanted to improve on this biofeedback device and make it more user friendly.

Perry's has studied the philosophy of some early Spiritualists and also the writings of Yogi Ramacharaka and of the early Theosophists. Some of the practical wisdom in these writings Perry plans to bring to the internet in his spiritualgarden website.

Perry has been told that his interest in spiritual science and urge to create a scientific human monitoring device has been guided and encouraged by spiritual intelligences.
