Levels Achieved - Light Mode
Noumic Devices records if, on average, your body energy flow reduces more than it increases; this is an indication of body relaxation.
If you relax for a period of time then Noumic's blue light illuminates to indicate you have reached a particular relaxation level.
- For levels 1-3, it produces 1, 2 or 3 quick flashes.
- For levels 4-6, it produces 1, 2 or 3 flashes.
- For levels 7-9, it produces 1, 2 or 3 long flashes.
- For level 10, it produces a 5 second blue light.
